Level 2: Homebuyer Survey
Our RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Survey provides a general overview of construction and an assessment of condition of the property. It also gives an insight into potential issues as well as maintenance advice. We generally recommend undertaking this survey on newer properties of the post 1990s era.
