As the Director of Avanzar Surveyors, Natan brings a distinctive blend of technical acumen and practical insight, gained through years of working closely with Gas Engineers, Plumbers, Electricians, and Builders. This unique interdisciplinary experience has afforded him a deep understanding of property systems and structures, enabling him to deliver meticulous, client-focused surveys with precision and confidence.
Natan’s career is further distinguished by his expertise in Secured Lending and Valuation, complemented by his tenure as a Senior Building Surveyor. He became an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Registered Valuer in 2015 while working at Bradley Harris Ltd, a respected private practice in South London, before advancing his career at Strettons in East London.
Renowned for his precision and strategic insight, Carl has advised on a diverse range of professional matters, including building defect surveys, valuations for Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax, part ownership disputes, matrimonial proceedings, compulsory purchase, commercial rent reviews, lease renewals, and leasehold reform. His meticulous approach ensures clients receive expert guidance tailored to their specific needs.
